报告摘要
To comply with the growing trend of integration and miniaturization in RF systems, this speech will present the basic theories and key technologies of multifunctional integrated dielectric devices and RF chips. A number of high-performance dielectric devices are designed, including a dual-band flter, a triple-band flter, a dispersive coupling filter, and a dielectric waveguide dual-band fltering phase shifter. Based on MMIC technology, a wideband load-modulated balanced power amplifier chip and a high-back-off Doherty power amplifier chip are implemented.By leveraging the gap waveguides, a dual-circularly polarized duplex antenna array and a millimeter-wave broadband filtering IPD-based on-chip antenna are realized respectively. Finally, a novel AI driven microwave components design via neural networks and hybrid homotopy-simulated annealing optimization. This report encompasses multiple process categories and demonstrates a proficient command of various relevant theoretical systems.
