报告摘要

Wireless communication front-end systems are developing rapidly in the direction of integration, multi-function, and intelligence, which puts forward urgent requirements for reconfigurable RF devices and circuits. As one of the key components of RF systems, passive components and antennas also urgently need to have the features of integration and reconfigurability, Therefore, reconfgurable integrated passive devices (IPDs) are gradually drawing research attention. There are multiple ways to implement IPDs with reconfgurable performance, such as mounting tunable devices on the surface of IPDs, using semiconductor processes, integrating piezoelectric materials, and combining memristive devices. This talk mainly introduces the research background, technical status, development trend, and key scientifc and technological issues of reconfigurable IPDs, focuses on the research progress of reconfgurable IPDs based on the self-developed RF memristive devices, and looks forward to future application prospects.
